Transaction Confirmation
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your “spam” or “junk” folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call center.
Health
It is presumed that the tourists who have booked the tour have gone through the itinerary & are well aware of the same. It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the said tour. The person who is medically fit to undertake the said tours shall join the said tour. The persons who are and/ or who have suffered from any ailments for which they have taken medical treatment and have gone into check-up hospitalization, shall not join the said tour. Many times a tour manager is unable to pay any attention and/or to provide medical treatment for any tourist who requires medical attention.
Itinerary Changes
We may operate more than one coach on a specified date of the tour depending upon the demand for more bookings of the tour by the tourists. Sometimes we may change the direction or slightly modify the itinerary. We will advise you of these amendments prior to the commencement of the tour or otherwise during the tour. In the event of the passenger / joining passenger misses out on any part of the sightseeing tour, or any such tour, due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim a refund for the same.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests should be done through Travelcabby by calling our helpline number or sending an Email to the Company’s Email ID. Please don’t deal with the driver for cancellation directly.

In case the booking is canceled 100% of the advance deposit will be deducted as a penalty.
If the client cancels the booking before 5 days of travel, then we will charge 30%Amount on the Total Booking Amount
